Return&Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
We are open to accepting free cancellations, provided that there is a valid reason and that the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, it will incur a 10% fee. If an order is canceled within 72 hours after it has been placed, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

For customized tables, once the design drawings are approved and production has started, no modifications can be made. Therefore, please be extremely cautious when placing your order and approving the drawing to guarantee that all details are accurate.

Also, since your furniture is being crafted specifically for you upon order placement, cancellations will pose a great threat to reselling. Thus, once a customized item is already in production and in transit for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days after delivery, while the custom items and special orders may not be returned for their special nature. We will assist you with shipping logistics if you request but we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

After we receive your return, we will check the items, which should be in “as-new” condition. If the damage is evident, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restoration charge.

Refunds:
After inspection and confirmation, a credit or refund will be issued, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Once both parties reach an agreement, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be returned via the original payment method.

Notes:
All items are meticulously quality – checked prior to being dispatched for delivery. Despite our utmost efforts, unfortunately, errors can still crop up on occasion.

1. In the event that the item you receive is incorrect, damaged, or faulty for our manufacturing process, we will spare no effort to rectify the situation. Kindly provide a comprehensive account of the problem, inclusive of pictures of the item, and any damaged areas that you have identified. Correspondingly, we will issue a partial refund for the products based on the problem details.

2.Any damage that takes place during home assembly will not be covered. If you have any queries before self – assembling, do not hesitate to seek our advice. Most of our furniture is fully assembled with the exception of the legs.

3. We wholeheartedly embrace the natural qualities of wood and endeavor to avoid unnecessary waste whenever it is feasible. The wood we utilize is of superior quality, yet it may contain small knots, cracks, shakes, and variations in grain and color. The very nature of the material, in combination with some of the industrial processes we employ, may lead to small machining or pitting marks on the wood. These characteristics are what contribute to the uniqueness of each piece, and we do not deem them as valid grounds for return or refund.

4. The wood we use is dried to the appropriate moisture level suitable for indoor use. As a natural material, wood is susceptible to minor dimensional changes, such as shrinking or warping due to fluctuations in temperature or humidity. These issues can frequently be resolved by adjusting the environment in which the furniture is placed.
